Tiger Stripes helps beginner and hobby cannabis growers learn as they go. We built an app that pairs short growing tutorials with a photo journal and an AI assistant for questions that come up along the way.

What they needed

Growing plants at home takes knowledge most beginners do not have yet. When something looks wrong, the usual options are long guides or forum threads with mixed advice.

Growers needed help at the moment a question comes up, in a form they could follow step by step.

What we built

How the app works

The app teaches the growing process in short tutorials that follow each stage of a grow.

Each plant gets a journal. Growers add photos and notes over time, so they can look back at how a plant changed and compare one grow with another.

When a question comes up, growers can ask an AI assistant instead of searching forums. The assistant runs on OpenAI.

Tiger Stripes is live in the app stores. We planned the content so it can become more personal over time as the app learns more about each grower's setup.
